Eddie V's is undoubtedly our go to spot for special occasions and seafood. The atmosphere is very pleasant and not a hinder to conversation or special moments. Service has never been anything but exceptional! We have never had a dish that we were disappointed with color, smell, or taste. The price to eat at Eddie's may sound pricey but with the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere, we would highly recommend Eddie V's for any occasion.

Christy was hands down the best server we have ever had anywhere! She greeted us by name and went above and beyond to provide an excellent experience! She truly was the cherry on top of a wonderful stay at The Drover! 1,000,000/10 recommend!

We had a fantastic first experience at Waters! Despite arriving at a busy time, our reservation was honored immediately. Our waiter was excellent—attentive without being intrusive—and did a great job walking us through the specials and off-menu items. The food was the absolute highlight. The Arctic Char was a recommendation from our waiter and it was prepared perfectly. The gumbo was another standout; it was packed with flavor and meat, hitting that authentic 'homemade' feel that reminded my wife of her grandmother’s cooking. Everything was well-seasoned and the portions were spot on. This was the perfect introduction to the restaurant, and a great way to celebrate my wife on Mother’s Day!
