He has a rare genetic condition—Prader-Willi Syndrome—that makes him incessantly hungry. His compulsion to eat has been channeled into an interest in cooking healthy food. He is a huge Gordan Ramsey fan. The restaurant went above and beyond to welcome him, had a lovely card and a nice memento of his visit, and outstanding, warm service. Katie was amazing guiding us through the experience, and Albert was a terrific server. The visit was topped off with a tour of the kitchen. Daniel even got to meet the chef!
