From the moment we entered and gave our names to the Hostess, then were led to our table, the experience was outstanding. We were greeted promptly by Todd, our server who was wonderful to talk to. He explained the menu, asked if we had any allergies, likes/dislikes, etc. He noticed that my guest and I hadn’t seen each other in a while and were talking non stop so he gave us time to order. My Cobb salad was such a generous portion topped with corn, avocado, tomato, cucumber, egg and blue cheese (I requested no bacon) that I could eat only half and took the remainder home. My friend ordered the Crispy Chicken Basket and loved it all. We chatted with Todd a bit and discovered he and I were both past Disney Cast members and spoke of our fortunate time there. The ambiance is light and bright with views of the waterfront. All staff appeared friendly and seemed to enjoy their roles. We will definitely return again, perhaps at night to enjoy the views of Saratoga Springs across the lake.

We waited about 15 mins to be seated. Veronica was prompt and pleasant! She on top our needs. All our entrees were amazing to say the least. We will be back!

This was our second time visiting this establishment. We loved the atmosphere and food even more so than the first time. Our server was excellent as well. Will definitely be coming back next time we are in town. Highly recommend making a reservation because this place stays packed!

This was our second visit to Four Flamingos, and somehow it was even better than we remembered! We started with the oxtail & foie gras empanada, and it was absolutely incredible. For cocktails, my husband had the Fireside Old Fashioned and I had the Harvest Heat. Both were fantastic! For dinner, I had the filet mignon and my husband ordered the Florida Seafood Moqueca with the half lobster added. Everything was cooked beautifully and packed with flavor. There genuinely wasn’t a single thing we ordered that we didn’t love. But one of the absolute highlights of the night was Chef Vega coming out and offering us a conch fritter with a dulce de leche jerk sauce. HOLY FREAKIN SMOKES. We were not prepared for how good that combination was! He also had us try Vega’s hot sauce, and it was so good that we ended up ordering a side of it with our meal. Our waiter, Adrian, was phenomenal as well. We actually had him during our previous visit and were so happy to have him again. He was just as attentive, knowledgeable, and wonderful this time around. The food, cocktails, service, and the unexpected interaction with Chef Vega made the entire experience feel special. Four Flamingos has officially become one of those places we’ll keep coming back to. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish!

Went for 23rd Anniversary. Fresh baked breads, lobster bisque, prime fillet mignon. All top notch. Service outstanding. Treated us to a delicious complimentary Anniversary dessert. Could not have been better.
