Best Seasonal Restaurants in Caloundra

Service was great, waitress was polite and attentive. Food was delicious and great use of locally sourced ingredients. We sat outside and could see the animals prior to it being completely dark which was a great experience.

Beautiful food, have to try the moreton bay bug tostada absolutely insane! Excellent selection of bevies from local breweries and fantastic cocktails. Would happily go again, also our server was amazing, unfortunately don't remember his name!

We honestly thought, how good can it be? Attached to our hotel and all... And wowsers. Completely blew out minds and tastebuds. I read the descriptor "Modern Mexican" somewhere and yeah, perfect way to describe it. Not too stodgy like some places and not too "healthy" like some places (looking at you, Zambrero). But it's somehow right down the middle and yet super authentic. Also I had the first ever mezcal involved cocktail that didn't taste bad fwiw 😂 I can't wait to show my family this gem.

To be honest I went in with very low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. Popcorn cauliflower was the standout. Portion size was outstanding, I could have eaten it as a main. Beef ribs and barramundi were delicious. The only downside were the kids chips had seasoning on them which was spicy so my daughter wouldn't eat them. Otherwise, never judge a book by it's cover as I would recommend eating here over many of the restaurants in town.
