Yesterday, I had the pleasure of dining at Canoe in Toronto to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. The staff made us feel welcomed and ensured every detail of the evening was handled with care, which made the occasion feel even more special. The food was outstanding, beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared, with each dish showcasing both creativity and balance. Every course felt intentional, and you can tell the kitchen takes pride in delivering a refined dining experience. What truly set the evening apart, however, was the ambience. The view from Canoe is simply breathtaking. Overlooking the city from above, especially in the evening, created a perfect backdrop for a memorable celebration. It added a sense of occasion that you just can’t replicate elsewhere. Overall, Canoe delivered on every level: exceptional food, impeccable service, and an unforgettable atmosphere. It was the perfect setting for a special celebration, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end dining experience in Toronto.

They were great. The bartender even gave us two shots of tequila for my boyfriend's birthday. Everything was perfect.

We went for Valentine's Day and it was very busy. The waitress Grace was great , she greeted us quickly and the drinks came out very fast. The open kitchen was great to see everything being made. The beef short ribs were best I've ever had. My GFs app and dessert weren't exactly like what was on the menu but still good. Overall a great experience.
