My fiancée and I came in to celebrate our two-year anniversary, and our server Nick made the night. We’ve both worked in the industry, me in fine dining and her at upscale wineries, so we notice service, and Nick’s was outstanding. Water was on the table within a couple of minutes of sitting down, he was attentive all evening, and every recommendation he made was spot on. He mentioned he’s only been on the team a little over a month, which genuinely surprised us, because he carried himself like a seasoned pro. Herb & Wood has a real gem in him. The food matched the service. The picanha wagyu was absolutely incredible, and the atmosphere set the perfect tone for a special night. We’re also considering Herb & Wood for our rehearsal dinner, and one of the managers took the time to give us a private tour of the space. That kind of attention says a lot about the culture here. Thank you, Nick, for making our anniversary one to remember. We’ll be back, and we’ll be asking for you.
