This spring, V Modern Italian opens in downtown Charleston, introducing its signature Fast Fine Restaurant concept to the Lowcountry. Following the launch of its first U.S. location in Nashville, V blends authentic Italian cuisine, culinary innovation, cultural heritage, and contemporary design into a multi-sensory dining experience rooted in its philosophy: Feed Your Senses. Located on Meeting Street in the Greystar Building near King Street, the restaurant will feature a menu shaped in collaboration with Stefano Ciotti, offering antipasti, fresh pastas, main courses, and wood-fired elements presented with refined technique and modern flair. A curated cocktail and European wine program, layered interiors, and DJ-driven atmosphere complete the experience—inviting guests to linger from aperitivo through late evening as V brings Italy, reimagined, to Charleston.
