Best Vegan Restaurants in Holmdel

What a great restaurant in the middle of Red Bank! Went last night and had a great time. Annie, our server, was attentive, helpful, and friendly. She shared the specials and what some of her favorites were. If you like a drink with your meal, they only have half or full bottles of wine but you can bring your own. The tables are not close together and the decorations are perfect. Noise level not bad-actually pretty quiet. We had a delicious pumpkin soup served in a small pumpkin. He had shrimp scampi, I had a pineapple bowl with grilled chicken, shrimp (or for an up charge both) in a half pineapple with teriyaki pineapple rice. Our friends had chicken parmigiana and brown sugar glazed salmon. Everybody was very happy with their meals. Prices are not outrageous. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I decided to celebrate our anniversary at 618 for the 4th time. As always, the food, service, and ambiance were excellent. They do a great job of recognizing your anniversary from the moment you check in until you pay the check. Our waiter, Mark, was fantastic. He greeted us by name, spent time discussing our anniversary, and made sure we felt like valued customers. Mark consistently stopped by to ask if we needed anything. I highly recommend 618 for any event or just to have dinner.

The food, the presentation, the menu, and the service were amazing. Jake was a great waiter and provided great insight on every dish along with recommendations throughout. We opted for the mezcal tasting menu and were not disappointed!

We had a fantastic experience at Elizabeth's in Old Bridge, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waiter, Tom. From the moment we sat down, he was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. He timed everything perfectly and made sure our table was well taken care of from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious. We started with the whipped ricotta and a crisp caesar salad, both of which were perfect beginnings to the meal. For our main courses, the chicken parm and chicken Milanese were phenomenal—fresh, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection. We finished the night with the tiramisu, which was the ultimate sweet ending. The combination of top-tier food and Tom's outstanding hospitality made for an unforgettable dinner. We will definitely be back, and we’ll definitely be asking to sit in Tom's section! Highly recommend.
