Best Waterfront Restaurants in North Miami

I took my mom for Mother’s Day and she had an amazing day.

We love Cafe Bernie, really good food & drink and the best ever setting!!!

Would we go back? Yes. We made reservation for 5.30pm and were sitting outside. As the sun goes down west, you don't have to worry about direct sun. Its right on the water, nice view over the water to North Bay Village, Bal Harbor and further. Inside its also beautiful decorated, modern twist, perfect lightning. From 5 to 7, everyday they have happy hour, they call it island hour where you get some good selection. We order from the happy hour menu but as well from the normal menu. Rafael was our server, very nice and attentive. Food: Octopus (very good), Greek salad Fattoush (very good), Croquetas Spitiko (ok), Arayas Burger Lamb/Beef (very good), Spanish Dorade (my wife like it, I didn't, maybe for 56 usd i expect excellence?). Parking: Valet 15 USD (Valet person say you can park on the street, but you may need time to find) Service: Excellent from Rafeal Food: Great Location: Very very nice imo. Overall from Location, Service, Drinks and Food we had, we liked it very much and would go back.

The ambiance is absolutely incredible. We sat out by the water and it was outstanding and completely met our expectations. Our server was not one for small talk or making us feel too welcome. Very short, like , here's a menu, ready to order, enjoy your food, any dessert, here is your bill. Paraphrasing, but that was just about it. Planes fly overhead nearly every few minutes, but they aren't overly loud, so its kind of entertaining. The food was exceptional! We each had the catch of the day, and both our dishes were superb. We could taste every nuance and flavor offered on the plate. Pickled vegetables, chimichurri, basil and the fish was done perfectly. There is hardly any parking, so valet is really the only option, but the pricing is fair and the attendants were very good. Overall, our meal was great-5☆, Scenery 5☆, Service 3.5☆ Price for food 5☆, Price for all items included 4.5☆

Amazing location, service and ambiance. Waterfront view is very nice. Great place for a date or just a fantastic experience. Chris H.
