    As soon as we entered the lobby I felt like I had been there before … and then our waiter said there sister restaurant was Elia ! We have been there numerous times and celebrated a graduation with my family. Back to Trata; The ambience gives off a relax , well appointed , smart appearance. Once you take a few steps in the Hudson River is staring rite at you ! The tables and chairs fit with the ambience and are comfortable! The food offerings were outstanding and when it is difficult for me to chose my appetizer and main dish I know I must come back often!! We chose the pre fix lunch at $42.00 and it was worth every penny !( my wife did order the branzino which was a slight up charge) I will not waste time describing each of our choices but just say they were all plated well, the flavors were complex and just perfect ! I’m jumping to dessert … I have been in Greece a few times and the yogurt with sour cherries and honey was as delicious as any I have tasted there! Our waiter Nico ( Nick) was charming! He knew the menu and seemed to know when we need more water without asking. Trata will be one of our go to restaurants from now on! Bravo!!

    Absolutely lovely ambiance and very friendly accommodating employees. Our waiter was lovely, very interacting, they truly made us feel like we were at home. The location is top notch too. And the food was super delicious!!!

    We went for Mother’s Day as a party of seven, and everyone left saying it was “perfect!” Even on such a busy day, the service was excellent—everyone was attentive. The food was delicious, and we all finished our plates. It had a great atmosphere, good drinks, and everything was reasonably priced. We’ll definitely be back!
