Love the menu. Takes local offerings & transforms dishes with a distinct flavorful flare. Example. Mussels with Indian infusion. Was incredible & different than a typical white wine. Nice to see a menu that isn’t a huge “TGI Friday” type. Small but hits all the culinary basis. I know everyone is a critic & establishments try to please everyone which I’m guessing why such large menus. Timbr does the same with a curated menu made for foodies. Staff were great as well.
