We specialise in phở, the Vietnamese noodle soup and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles, and fresh salads too. Our starters such as summer rolls and spring rolls are perfect for sharing with friends and family.     An Absolute Masterclass at Fostons Ash ​We’ve just finished an incredible dinner at Fostons Ash, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. ​The star of the show is undoubtedly Will. It’s no exaggeration to say he is one of the finest chefs working today. His cooking goes far beyond just "great food"—it is pure culinary artistry. Every dish that left the kitchen was a visual masterpiece, but the real magic happened on the palate. ​Will has a rare gift for flavor depth; he manages to layer complex, bold notes while maintaining perfect balance. Each bite felt like a curated journey of textures and tastes.     Very friendly and helpful staff, a signed birthday card to mark the special occasion was a nice touch. Food was excellent, rib eye steaks were perfect and would highly recommend. Dog friendly too.
