Pho Bluewater is a healthy Vietnamese restaurant with loads of vegan and gluten free options. We specialise in phở, the Vietnamese noodle soup and also serve delicious curries, rice dishes, wok-fried noodles, and fresh salads too. Our starters such as summer rolls and spring rolls are perfect for sharing with friends and family. We also offer an entirely gluten free dessert menu with dishes like Pandan waffles, condensed milk ice cream and a Vietnamese affogato. Over a third of our menu is vegan, and nearly all of it is gluten-free, so we are a great destination for people who follow those particular dietary restrictions.     We celebrated my birthday, and they gave us a really nice table location. We loved it. Had few cancellations last minute and they worked around it with no issues. Very happy and pleased with the food and the ambience.

    We were greeted by a very lovely waitress and shown the table. Drinks orders were efficient and catered to all. The food was really fresh; good portions (starters too) and our male waiter was fantastic. Efficient; good sense of humour and let us enjoy a very leisurely lunch with friends. All dishes were excellent and so was the service. It was great to see different dishes on the menu. Thanks to the Pho team!

    Considering the restaurant is situated in the shopping mall it felt surprisingly separate. The staff were friendly and professional. Food was delicious. Highly recommended the vegetarian tapas set menu.
