Best Historic Restaurants in Sahara Hotel & Casino

Everything was perfect. We got the grilled shrimp, mushrooms, and brussels sprout appetizers… the brussels sprouts and mushrooms were delicious… The shrimp were ginormous and had that flame grilled flavor. Absolutely superb I ordered the 24 ounce bone in ribeye cooked, medium rare with rice, pilaf, and carrots. Dinner salad had homemade blue cheese dressing, which was the best I’ve ever tasted.. Steak was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I couldn’t stop eating the rice pilaf. And the carrots a nice compliment. We also got the crème brûlée and Tiramisu for dessert? Both executed perfectly. Service was phenomenal. 10 years staff knew exactly what to do and when to do it. Never had to look for a member of the weight staff… They were always nearby and checking on the table. Phenomenal dining experience I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a delicious meal while in Vegas… might be off the path, but it’s worth the trip.

Wonderful ambiance, service, food. Excellent server and extra effort to recognize a birthday. We felt very cared for, not rushed, and attended to. Filet Mignon with lobster tail- surf & turf- star of the show. Only bump in the road was one diner’s rib eye was over cooked. But… he didn’t bring it up and let them make it right. No worries, you will love this restaurant.

As always, I had a great experience at Carson kitchen. This is a real jewel of Las Vegas. The food is awesome, the service is fast and friendly. The vibe cannot be beat!
