    I had not been to the Grist Mill in over 30 years when we went this weekend. It was just as perfect as it was the first time I went. The service was prompt and impeccable. The staff worked well together. The food was absolutely delicious. And the ambience out on the patio was wonderful. Our server, Jaylynn, went above and beyond when we asked for extra butter and melted it for us. I was especially impressed when I went back after forgetting my appetizer leftovers that I did not eat, they had been thrown away, and the Kitchen made me another batch to go home at no charge. Surprisingly, this place is a great value. I will come back many, many times! Thank you for continuing to be wonderful!

    We enjoyed our dinner very much. Our waiter David was very courteous and attentive. He had great knowledge of the menu and wine selection. Both our salmon and trout dishes were delicious. The best part was the butterscotch dessert. Fluffy and creamy! We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

    The Montanaro pizza is amazing, the Tre P pasta dish was delicious.. My husband evaluates food is GI symptoms .. happy to report NONE ! Definitely will be back on our next Austin visit
