I am so impressed by the plant-based food at this beautiful old pub. I had the vegan mezze platter and vegan cheesecake with berries and sorbet. Absolutely delicious. Lovely, friendly staff and very reasonably priced. I will be returning. Just very refreshing to come across such imaginative veggie food. Thank you!

Chose this place to have lunch in between catching flights in and out of Gatwick. It takes just 25 minutes by car to get there from the airport. It's down a tiny country road and has a fascinating history. The food was EXCELLENT with a lot of really interesting flavours and many veggie and vegan options. And the staff was super nice. We ate in the bar area which is the older part. They also have a restaurant and outdoor seating. It was also very good value for money. Would definitely go again if in the same situation. Highly recommended!
