The menu is just small enough to allow for the staff to perfect their entrees while being diverse enough to appeal to everyone. The service is where Billy’s shines. They’re truly superb at making the evening stand out as an enjoyable experience. I hope that never changes. The only negative is the crowd that forms across the street.
