Due to uncertainties surrounding out-of-town travel, we secured our reservation at the last minute. Even so, we arrived approximately 45 minutes prior to our scheduled reservation time. To our surprise and delight, the representative at the front reception area graciously confirmed our reservation and seated us immediately. The customer service throughout our visit was exceptional. Kate, our waitress, was attentive, accommodating, and ensured that both my family and I were well cared for throughout the experience. In addition, two other staff members visited our table to personally confirm that we were satisfied with both the service and our meal, which made the experience feel even more welcoming and thoughtful. Overall, our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and will certainly visit again in the future.
