Almost three years since I last ate at Nittaya's Secret Kitchen in the Summerlin North area. Decided to return for its Happy Hour. Prices listed as (Happy Hour/regular menu); food portions were reported as identical between the two menus. BBQ Thai Wings ($8/$15): 3x flats, 2x drumsticks of decent size, juicy meat that was easy to strip from the bone, perfect amount of sauce on the crisped skin to deliver flavor without excessive goopiness. Came with a finger bowl of mildly spicy and tasty dipping sauce; liked it enough, and was of sufficient amount, to save for my next plate, the Bacon Wrapped Shrimp ($8/$14): Four pieces on two skewers like barbells. Bacon very crunchy but chewable wrapped triple around a sufficiently-sized crustacean, which retained its snappy bite. The sweet/citrus pineapple sauce (offered either on the shrimp or on the side) was yummy. Both plates adorned with a small shredded veggie salad topped by a knife-cut orange "flower". Pinot Grigio Cantina Valdadige 2024 ($8/$12 gls): A just-enough pour. Value: Super for deliciously satisfying eats at a great price point. Atmosphere: Full of rustic charm. Service: Very attentive, anticipatory, and friendly from Asia behind the bar, hostess, and the runners.

This was for a 21st birthday celebration with family and friends. Everything was perfect. We got the party package. It came with 2 drinks , tacos, quesadillas, guacamole, and chips with salsa, as well as elote. The dinner finished with warm churros. The manager and waiters were very attentive and accommodating with a guest with food allergies. The food was delicious and plentiful. I would highly recommend it.

Edo is now Amador Cocina Fina and we thoroughly enjoyed the cretivity and the amazing tastes in each bite. Both the Steak Gilda (tartar) with the anchovy and the fantastic ceiche / dry aged tuna we were salivating. Then the oysters - fresh and briny with a complimentary wasabi salsa virde was only disappointing because there were only 4 - could have eaten a dozen. We were all wowed by the roasted beet salad - presentation came with the dome since they were lightly smoked and topped with an unusual wasabi aragula crossbreed. So tasty. The quesadilla was over the top with foie gras/truffle, squash blossom and more - with these ingredients what could be bad? Lastly the entrees the unbelievably tender octopus and the chicken pibil completed the meal (all eaten family style which is the way to experience this food). We left and discussed the meal for days after. If I lived in LV would be here often. It is a must experience for all that appreciate masterful culinary dining.
