We ate at Flame & Smith as part of Countylicious Fall 2026. Our servers were excellent...informative about the menu selections, attentive without being intrusive. The menu offered sufficient choice and our starters, main courses and desserts were all very tasty. I had oysters as a starter (they were excellent) and black cod as my main course (also very good). My wife has a roasted squash salad and coppa steak and said both were delicious. We likely will return, but we had two irritations. First, tables are very close, so it's difficult to have a normal conversation with a dinner partner. Second, the couple two tables away were very loud and at times were shouting...not arguing, just very loud.
