Super pop-up! So much deliciousness and wonderful way to support a great Vancouver museum. Fun space. Warm and friendly. Lots of chatting with other people around us. I LOVED the nights special: baked oysters with excellent sauce. Spicy wontons, XO shrimp fried rice, and Dan Dan noodles with smoked tofu all excellent and made more excellent with the garlic-shrimp chili crunch jar on the table. Also I thought I did not like doughnuts, but my husband really wanted to order them and it was my favorite doughnut ever - Lees, please make these all the time! Great Collab!!!! All the sauces this Wanton Mama makes are really really good. Plan to be back again before the pop up shuts down try more dishes and buy lots of sauces for xmas presents for everyone one!
