Best Restaurants with Dancing in East Meadow

My best friend and I had a fabulous evening at Opus tonight. We were celebrating a birthday and it was such a great choice. Lin was a professional and engaging server. He made wonderful recommendations throughout the night that we really enjoyed. We split one of the special sushi appetizers with blue crab that was very fresh and delicious. Perfect to share. We each had a filet with a different sauce (truffle butter, marrow Parmesan) and both were cooked perfectly and were so tender. We ended the evening with crème brûlée donuts, which was such an interesting and creative dessert. We loved the fresh, warm donuts with the crème brûlée sauce and vanilla gelato. A perfect way to end the meal. Throughout the evening, Lin made us feel welcome and taken care of. We’re already planning a return visit for my friend’s birthday in a few weeks.

We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday dinner. The staff went above and beyond to make this day special. We ordered from the price fixe menu which offered many choices. All were made to perfection although I probably would have gotten a little less of the marinade on the skirt steak but delicious all the same. Our wait staff were amazing! The pistachio martini was one of the best I ever had and the deserts were all superb. Thank you for a truly special evening.

The food was great, and since it was a Brunch Sunday, they had a DJ. With every bite I took, I could taste all of the spices. It wasn't spicy, but it was full of flavor. I wish I had started coming here sooner. I will be a regular and books a party o two here.
