Best Restaurants with a Notable Wine List in Silverton

This was my second visit to Nostrana and both times I was blown away by the food, service, and decor--all are outstanding. I love that I can tell that the quality of each single ingredient used in their dishes is top tier. My cocktail was beautiful and not overly sweet or watered down. The burrata in the starter was by far the best I've ever had, the berries were fresh and sweet, and the entire dish was perfectly seasoned. The trout was perfectly cooked, well seasoned and delicious. My cappuccino was delicious and the perfect way to end the meal. Service was noticeably fast and our server (Sydney?) was friendly and able to answer all of our questions. The prices are definitely worth it for a special occasion. I can't wait to come back!

Second time there and it was great. Never disappoints!

As always, we has a wonderful supper experience at Salty's. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. So fun to watch plates of seafood coming straight out of the kitchen, with sea salt and seafood aromas wafting around. This time we were seated downstairs and so cozy in our booth for my daughters birthday. Special mention to our waitress Chelsea, who , as it happens , was our waitress the last time we visited, and she made the evening unforgettable and special. The food was fresh, savory and beautifully presented. One of our favorite places - five stars!

Our meal was INCREDIBLE from beginning to end! We’ve lived here all our lives and I don’t know why we have not been in, but I think now is a crucial time to support you and your phenomenal menu. The slippery slope that that the city of Portland has placed us all atop and now given us a hard shove (most notably restaurants such as yours that serve impeccable French food, Including fois gras) Is a frightening harbinger of things to come. It’s counter to everything our country was founded on, and once the foot is in the door, the door is difficult to close and tends to open wide. What food will be censored next? We will come to enjoy your Incredible food as many times as possible before the curtain is brought down on your restaurants’ right to serve the food that you want to serve, and that your customers want to eat. I can only hope that this dangerous decision can be reversed in the near future.
