Best Open Kitchen Restaurants in Luxor Hotel and Casino

As always, I had a great experience at Carson kitchen. This is a real jewel of Las Vegas. The food is awesome, the service is fast and friendly. The vibe cannot be beat!

Five stars. We had a 5 PM reservation before a show at the Sphere and the timing was perfect — attentive service without ever feeling rushed. The salmon teriyaki was excellent, the beef tenderloin was cooked perfectly, and the ginger/avocado/cucumber roll was surprisingly good and very fresh. Great atmosphere, polished service, and an overall outstanding experience.

Our server was amazing, had recommendations for us and chatted with us. The grilled cheese pretzel bites were delicious to start! We had Daddy Issues, but subbed strawberry instead of peach and the cotton candy on top was such a fun touch. The Deco Drip for dessert rounded everything out.

Every morsel superb if a bit expensive. In a casino/hotel so don’t expect a hushed tone. The counter seating where you can watch the kitchen folks work their magic looked like fun but I’d avoid it for groups of more than 2 as conversation would be difficult. All in all a wonderful meal.

Amazing experience. Didn’t appreciate having to wait to seated even with reservations but the wait wasn’t long. The food was amazing and the server and waiter was amazing. Would definitely come back! Highly recommend.
