Ah'pizz is a pizza restaurant offering authentic Neapolitan pizza. Many people know a Neapolitan-style pizza when they see one, but don't know what gives its distinctive look and taste. Ah'pizz is more than happy to educate its guests, ensuring diners know exactly why this pizza tastes so good. First, Ah'pizz' red sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes that have been harvested from the volcanic plains surrounding Mt. Vesuvius.
