                                                      We started with the beet and walnut salad. It looked really interesting, and tasted great with a lot of textures. The salad was a great start to the comfort food entree of short ribs with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Great service from the servers, and a tasty cocktail. Saw some neighbors and had a great catch-up conversation at the bar. In my opinion, the bar is the place to be. You get to see Eric work his magic with the drinks, but a nice table for a romantic or private meal is great at Five Bistro too.

Always welcomed with a warm greeting from Nick and staff, cocktails by Eric hit it out of the park every time and Brian, Julia and the entire staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. Food was delicious and always very consistent. This is why Five is one of our favorite spots in Edmonds.
