Gastro Pub | Windsor, Fort Collins

We always enjoy The Hearth and go their frequently. This reservation was to celebrate a family birthday with seating which is why we decided to reserve a table in advance during their always busy Sunday brunch. Due to snow and part of our group driving up from Denver it was necessary for the reservation to be moved up an hour and The Hearth was happy to accommodate our request and our table was ready and waiting when we arrived. This is our family's favorite gathering place when we get together in NOCO! Love the food and atmosphere! More

We love seafood of all kinds and Jax delivers great variety, creativity in preparation and above all, freshness. The service is above board always. Friendly staff from the minute we walk in the door to ‘farewells’ as we leave. Definitely one of our very favorite restaurants in Ft. Collins. Thanks all! John and Pat More

Discover Fort Collins

Fort Collins is a beautiful and historic area that is home to an amazing selection of eateries, diners, taverns and breweries. If you want to get a taste of the local cuisine, you should stop by one of the many American or steakhouse restaurants, and try the prime rib. You should also visit one of the area’s Mexican, Italian, American, French or European restaurants and try the 90 Shilling Ale from Odell, a craft beer that’s brewed right in Fort Collins. The area is also known for its Rocky Mountain dishes, including salmon, trout and oysters, which are served at many of Fort Collins’ steakhouse, American, seafood and Italian restaurants. You could also try a dish that is a little different, crispy pig ears, at one of the local American or steakhouse establishments.
