I liked everything it was very nice customer service honestly only thing I could say is that the table was a lil wonky and wasn't such a good table for a date other then that the people where very very kind and sweet loved how they treated us great people super nice

We had a wonderful dining experience during a midday lull at the Hard Rock Cafe in Baltimore. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty with an appropriate wait time for it to be made. Our server was very attentive and super kind. They have music videos playing, so it’s a little bit louder by default, but we really enjoyed that aspect and had so much fun. The bathrooms were also very clean, which was such a nice surprise after the long drive up from southern Maryland. We had a really nice meal and would definitely eat there again on our next trip up to the National Aquarium.

We ordered nachos to share, which were the smallest platter of nachos ever seen. This is not something with expensive ingredients! Come on! Add more chips, cheese and chicken, and hold the gross liquid cheese. The quinoa bowl had a tablespoon of quinoa, 10 black beans and a whole lot of mixed greens. It was a joke.

This restaurant needs a good cleaning. The menus were falling apart and when we sat down one of the wrapped napkins was covered in finger prints from food.

We booked a reservation at Hard Rock for dinner after an afternoon at the National Aquarium. Our expectations were not high, but it is convenient to the Inner Harbor. We expected decent food, perhaps a little overpriced, and a fun environment. Our experience on 9/19/26 failed to meet our expectations. It was early in the evening, not busy, we waited about 30 minutes just for our waters -which arrived with our drink orders when the food arrived. We would have just got up and left, except our daughter and her friends were also there at another table. The waiter was friendly, but not a good waiter. The food was good, that much we can say, compliments to the chef. I requested some hot sauce for my fajitas, and I received that hot sauce in a timely manner. I was shocked to see the hot sauce made it onto the bill for $1. I've been to hundreds of restaurants in my life, never once has this happened before. Unbelievable! When I challenged the waiter on this he agreed with me but said it was restaurant policy and the manager was watching this stuff like a hawk that night, apparently. So, we had two issues during our experience. If it was just one, I probably would not have written this. You might want to consider other options when planning dining for your Inner Harbor trip. I hope this was helpful.
