Great restaurant but our experience was spoilt by eating there on a Tuesday night as they do Karaoke which was unbearable. Definitely avoid eating there on a Tuesday.

The noise was only an issue because the server couldn’t hear us. We set a reservation for a birthday and they didn’t even recognize this without it being brought to their attention. There were many people who around us celebrating birthdays, it was exciting and well put together but for some reason the ball got dropped on our party. We had to tell the server, remind the server and then the ice cream was just placed in front of us. The server came back with a candle only after he was called out on how everyone else got the fanfare and we got nothing. It made us feel way less valued dispute our bill being $200. We talked this place up to our kids and they were sad when our table didn’t get the same experience as those around us. The food was just ok, it wasn’t exceptional for the price we paid. However, the service in the gift shop was by far the most amazing customer service I’ve had so far on our trip. Our waiter was good but he was really struggling with us and I’m not really sure why, we didn’t ask for anything over the top and I don’t fully blame him for the lack of care about a birthday. Treat everyone the same is all we ask.

Disappointing service. Our server barely interacted with us, made no effort to communicate, and didn't even introduce himself. It felt as though Asian guests might be assigned a separate server, and we couldn't help but wonder whether we were being treated differently. Meanwhile, other tables seemed to receive much friendlier and more attentive service. We were celebrating a special occasion, but the experience left us feeling unwelcome.

We chose the hard rock for our last dinner in Waikiki mainly due to them having a dedicated gluten free menu which we have never had before. My son was so happy about it and he loved his burger! Having the free photo was so fun and our server was amazing. All our food was very good

いつもオアフ最終日のディナーで利用させていただいています。昔なじみの曲も流れていて、元気が出る感じです。二人で来てシーザーサラダとレジェンダリーバーガーを１品ずつ、あとビールでお腹いっぱいですが、来年も来ようと思います。
