We enjoyed our balcony seats, we purchased a event deal which came with tickets to Hard Rock Cafe and those tickets did not inform of what could be ordered from the menu so as guest from out of town this was a surprise appetizers were not included in the voucher there was no dollar amount to spend either and the manager was not able to accommodate us so we ended up paying for our 3 appetizers my wife and I shared and forfeited our hard rock meal vouchers. We asked if we could speak with the manager but they decided to wait until we were finished eating to inform us our vouchers could not be used on our meal which was a hustle technique we were anticipating anyway. We didn’t want it to ruin our day so we just smiled and enjoyed our food we couldn’t use our voucher for.

we really enjoyed our lunch there yesterday. we had previously been to Las Vegas Hard arock cafe the evening we were martied 28 years aho and wanted to reminiss a bit. as our Wedding cake then was a little chocolate cake with a candied guitar. they couldnt recreate that for us yesterday. however when we artived the staff had signed a cute card gor is with a chocolate guitar and presented us a complimentary brownie with icecream dessert for the 4 of us to share. do glad we went back. even though the hard rock cafe restaurant wasnt at the same location as 28 years ago, it will still be a special place for us. thankyou Hard Rock for adding to our memories for us. Food and staff were both awesome

Although we had made reservations, we still had to wait 45 minutes till our table was ready, while we were with a group of young kids. No free drinks were offered. Nothing. Food is expensive, very high in calorie (not healthy) and sometimes even cold

Was one of my favorite restaurants before, but this time I had a bad experience. Host really wasn’t engaged I’m not sure if he was waiting on two many tables . Food was over cooked and underwhelming.

I like the location on LV Boulevard near the big casinos and it is an easy place to get a drink and a bite to eat with a view of the Strip...but it is pricey, especially the drinks. Actually the specialty drink I ordered was really not very special: not much volume and really average. Food was 'small'. I am used to big burgers and plates at places like this. This was a pretty below average sized meal for the price. But service was great. Tim was friendly and always engaging.

So I have been to hard cafes all around the world. Paris, London, Rome, Athens, Cancun, Honolulu, Hollywood, everywhere. This was the most underwhelming. I really thought it would be so much more being on the Las Vegas strip. Decor was barely anything and barely noticeable. We had reservations and no one was waiting, and we saw plenty of tables, yet they sat other people ahead of us and finally sat us 15 minutes after our reservation. Then admitted they never checked us in. Our waiter came to the table all of 3 times but checked up on other tables repeatedly. He came to take our drink order. Our food order. And give us the bill. We had to get help from other people or the manager because we couldn’t even get our servers attention. The burger was soggy and the cook temps were ordered the same but delivered different. I’ll spend double or triple and go somewhere else in Vegas. My 6 year old wanted to eat at the huge guitar for her birthday but I told her next time, we will take her somewhere better with a better view or ambience. We were sat way in the dark back.

Brittany our waitress was awesome. Our food arrived well before our drink which was disappointing. Likely won’t choose this place again. Manager blocked us from getting on the elevator when trying to go down to leave. Total dick. Good help is so hard to find.

We have no issues with the restaurant per se. We booked our reservation from a search for live music. When we got there the hostess told us there was no live music. Disappointing, but we decided to stay. Towards the end of our meal we could hear music in the restaurant. We had specifically asked about music when we were seated. We asked for the manager. He was very nice, moved us to the music area, and comped us each a drink. All was well.

Went to celebrate a birthday, wasn’t disappointed and my husband was very embarrassed when his birthday was announced and ice-cream with a candle in was presented to him. (I think he secretly loved it). Our waiter Tim was amazing

We had seen advertisements for the Messi burger before it had came out so we decided while we were in Vegas to go and try it. We ordered nachos and 3 burgers with fries. The nachos came out 1 minutes before the burgers. They were super soggy and cold like they had been sitting around a while. All of our burgers were also cold. The fries were ok. I complained and they discounted our bill but I’m not sure if I will go back to a Hard Rock Cafe.

Our food came out late and it was cold and nasty. The manager wasn’t even available for us to share our concerns.

Go anywhere else. Waited 50 minutes for our food. $20 for a burger that didn't fill the bun. Honestly wasn't worth 5 bucks. Music and decorations were fun, but there are so many places to eat on the strip...this place shouldn't be on your list. Learn from my mistake.
