The tupelo tenders were really spicy but we didn’t realize they would be so hot - we thought maybe drizzled with tupelo honey or sth instead ? The wait staff was very attentive and kept our drinks filled - which was much needed on such a hot day. The memorabilia was very good

We had reservations so I assumed we’d be seated in the dining room but we were instead seated in the bar at a high top table. We have 3 children but I thought ok, we’ll make it work. However the bartender and several loud customers were using much profanity and finally we inquired about moving to another table to spare our children. Our server Alfonso was awesome and apologized and offered to move us but we would have had to start over with another server and we had already placed our orders so it sounded like a major hassle. Ultimately we stayed but it was disappointing that more care wasn’t taken to seat a family in a more appropriate area. Again Alfonso was the bomb and really tried hard to make us feel attended to. Next time I will be more Vocal early on if the host takes us to the bar with kids in tow.

We have dined at several Hard Rock Cafes around the country. The food was typical and expected. Tasty but not outstanding. Our server, Tessie, was excellent. She was very friendly and attentive to our table. She definitely added to our enjoyment of the meal.

I had the rib eye & my husband had the ribs & pulled pork, all of the meat was of a really poor quality & not what I expect from a hard rock location! We had the mac n cheese as a side to share & it was honestly the best part of the whole meal! We ordered drinks when we sat down & had to remind them we had ordered them when the food came so they only came half way through our meal too. Honestly we were very disappointed!

We used to love going Hard Rock Cafe and we have visited a number of them in Las Vegas,New York,Chicago but we find the food quality has gone down drastically. Food is tasteless and very generic. Used to have a melody of appetizers in one package but do not have that anymore. Cost has gone up more than other places also

Perfect spot to eat before going to the Silk Sonic Concert across the street at Park MGM. Parking available next door if needed! Better than paying special event fee and the venue. Tables were ready when we arrived. We were put at two separate booths which wasn’t a huge deal but it would have been nice to sit together. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the ambiance was nice. The mashed potatoes were super salty and was replaced with fries which were tasty. Didn’t have time to walk around and tour as our server suggested.

Walking into the Hard Rock Cafe you expect a certain level of ambiance and service. The ambiance was nice. The live music when we walked in was great. The service we received was poor to say the least. It took almost 25 minutes to have our drink order taken. When I asked for cream and sugar for my coffee the waiter scoffed at me and then brought everyone who ordered alcohol their beverages first. One of the people in our party couldn’t even get a refill on his soda. The food was okay but nothing to rave about. Three of us (ordered a waffle, a breakfast burrito, and a ham scramble) came out cold. And we didn’t see our waiter for so long after we received our food that we didn’t bother ordering anything else. Overall it was just a really unfortunate and disappointing experience.
