Amazing dinner!!! Perfect place for out graduation celebration. Food outstanding, service was impeccable and atmosphere was superb. I just wish we had more time to hang at the bar listening to the amazing piano player!!! One of the best steak houses we have ever been to!

Very satisfied with Jags accomdations with reservations, highly disappointed with the food (1st and 2nd entree ), didn’t mention my dissatisfaction to the waitress about the second entree. Waitress tipped generously, wasn’t impressed with her service. First dissatisfaction with Jags ever….was my favorite restaurant l.

Food tasted amazing, but serving sizes was smaller than I expected for prive point which was the only slightly disappointing part of the dining experience. On a brighter note the server we had was amazing with checking to see if we had everything we needed and to also help us with choosing items since it was our first time dining there.

Hailey was fantastic. One issue with kids chicken was above and beyond taken care of. Even a server not helping us was fantastic. I can’t remember name but worked patio the night we were there. I will return over and over. But being retired I have to say the 20% as was running at Christmas and Mother’s Day make it so much easier for us to come back. Hope that continues maybe even a few more times a year. Thank you. The fantastic service and environment made my 67th Bday a little more special. and because of the 20% my daughter, son-in-law, and two beautiful granddaughters were able to join the celebration

I'd suggest just a bit more lighting for those of us who find it difficult to see in the dim. Our server commented that "that's what most people do" in terms of using their cell phones for lighting...if that's what most people do, then it is too dim. DOH!

I sat at the bar and the server was extremely accommodating. I wanted a dish that was no longer on the menu and she worked with the chef so I could get the dish. Just outstanding food and customer service as well fabulous entertainment at the bar.

I’ve been to this location several times over the past 16 years, and they continue to provide excellent food and service every time. Our visit yesterday was one of the best I’ve had there. I had crab bisque soup, filet mignon steak that was perfectly cooked, asparagus and potato, and Creme Brûlée for dessert. Our waitress Hilleary was amazing and made the evening even better.

Fabulous evening. LOVE the quiet rooms and the ambiance. Service (Sydney) was excellent, and the food was delicious to the last drop. Their prices were reasonable given the overall quality and environment.
