The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing and the food is always delicious and a great portion!! Our server, Ryan, was very attentive and friendly and just added to our wonderful experience!! We recommend Kona very highly. You won’t be disappointed!!

Had pot stickers, a Las Vegas roll and chicken pad Thai,,,,, two glasses of Josh Cabernet wine! Dinner was over $100. The pot stickers were good but the rest of the meal was mediocre….. our server was very nice! But ….. for $110- I expect a better meal

The hostess at the front was not welcoming and seemed annoyed. The restaurant was very busy because The Fountains had an event, and many high school students were there for Homecoming. Our waiter was pleasant at first, but our drinks took so long that we eventually went to the bar and ordered them ourselves. Considering the prices, we expected much better service.

We stood at the hostess stand for nearly 10 minutes. Nobody was there and all the other staff kept looking at us but nobody was apparently empowered to greet us and take us to a table. We informed the manager who was very apologetic and helpful. The food was good. The water had a horrible taste and when I told the waiter and was going to order something else he offered me a bottle of water. I didn’t realize nor did he state that said bottle of water cost $8. (It was a big and beautiful bottle I have to admit). Their billpaying machine kept rebooting every time it was moved. The waiter helped with the bill paying. But when I got home and looked at the email receipt I requested be emailed to mebecause I was not given one in the restaurant, I saw that I was charged $2.99 for a game which I most certainly did not play. I will be contacting the manager today. Hans was our server and was very personable and helpful.
