   Poor service. Unsure of proper wine poring service. Food was cold and when we went back we got a smaller portion and no offer to discount. Overall poor experience.

   The food was excellent perfectly cook we had the platter with steak, lobster, chicken and prawns for one of our meals. Great service, we celebrated a birthday and they gave us a slice of delicious cheesecake for dessert, thank you much appreciated.

    We thought we were going to get a "finer" dining experience than we got. The menu was a quite disappointing. There is nothing great for appies or mains. We were intrigued by the smoked campfire bbq poutine, which was really good. However, we got the salmon and the shortribs, which both tasted very generic, almost like a tv dinner. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly.

    Service was friendly, no issues there. I ordered the 4 cheese pasta with mushrooms (additional $3), and my husband ordered the 12 oz striploin. My pasta dish was just "okay". There was no fresh parsley on it as indicated in the menu, and the extra mushrooms I paid for were minimal at best. When it came out, it had a crust on it like it had been sitting under a warmer for some time, and my garlic bread was super dry to the point that it actually cut my mouth when I bit into it. My husband's steak was cooked properly, medium-rare as he asked, but it lacked seasoning. A good steak, not a great one. Overall? I wouldn't make an effort to return. We were there before and it was an excellent meal, this time was a disappointment.

    I had the Mediterranean pasta and my husband had the steak. Both meals were delicious. The service was great and it was very quiet. We will definitely be back.

    My husband and I shared the platter for two and everything was cooked perfectly. My son's chicken fingers and fries were also delicious. The space was a little dark, but it was quiet and comfortable. The service was exemplary.

    Our steak was not a sirloin steak - we didn’t complain about it because if they served it to us like that they must not see anything wrong with it. Everything else was well cooked but not seasoned at all. For the amount of money we paid for our meal it should have been a LOT more satisfying. Definitely will not return

    We had a set menu for New Years Eve. It was excellent! Every course was delicious. The wait staff was always around but not obtrusive. We had a wonderful evening.

    Most of the food was good. The turkey was hard & dry but the ones who had the steak said it was brilliant. Desert was a white chocolate cake with no alternative and two of us don’t eat cake or chocolate. The servers were wonderful and attentive. All in all it was quite enjoyable.

    We enjoyed our dinner very much, and since it was our anniversary and they didn't have a dessert that was dairy-free, the chef prepared a beautiful fruit plate just for us, which ended up being on the house! We will be back!

    My husband surprised me here for our anniversary and the head Chef went above an beyond. We had our own price area and personalized menu to my dietary restrictions served to us personally from the chef himself. They even went as far as to print out the menu for us for a keepsake. Such an amazing team and experience!

    I had a steak and it was literally the toughest steak I’ve ever had in my life, I almost needed a chainsaw to cut it. Was supposed to be medium well, was more like medium rare/medium. The mashed potatoes were great, and my kids fries, that’s about it. The waitress was nice but couldn’t have cared less about the quality of the meal, I can see why the place was empty…

    when me and my date arrived we where promptly brought to our reserved seats, food was subpar and either overcooked or undercooked, later in the evening mid way though dinner a large group of obnoxious people came into the restaurant and where loud and screaming for the rest of our night, the restaurant portrays itself as a more upscale place but it maintains no decorum or any care

    Unfortunately, we did not have a very good experience. The food was fair, and the server was obviously inexperienced, though friendly. My wife found a long hair in her eggs Benedict and though they did replace it, very little was done to acknowledge or compensate her for the experience. We were still charged full price for our meal. Service was slow, we sat for nearly 15min before we were acknowledged in any way, despite the restaurant not being terribly busy and multiple staff on the floor and then we were left waiting another 15 min to receive our bill. Juice was served to our children out of plastic bottles… no glasses and we were offered coffee warm ups after our meal was finished, rather than during the meal. The food was served on very hot plates (too hot to touch), but the food was barely warm. $4 for a side of bacon (2 strips) seems high to me. My poached eggs were served in a bowl and there was a pool of water in the bottom. My steak, though perfectly cooked, was cold when I received it. Over all it was a rather underwhelming experience, however, the potential was there to be very good.

    We had 4 different servers who had no idea we had been helped. The food was sub par and greasy. It was over priced and was very bland. We both had to add several salt packets and it was still bland. We could have gotten something better and cheaper at the food court. We had 4 servers yet somehow the service was terrible. It was impossible to get a refill and every other person asked for us to wait to get the person responsible for our table that never came. We waited forever for the bill even though we asked and waited for 20 minutes. We eventually just had to go up and ask for the bill.
