Our restaurant offers a selection of quality meals prepared with the best produce available. Lunch is available Friday to Sunday and dinner Wednesday to Monday. On Tuesday the bistro is closed, woodfire pizza is served in the Brigadoon Bar. In March 2022 we revamped the dining space and renovated to include a new kitchen. At the same time a new Head Chef joined our team. Regulars love the new menus which change almost daily. Menu options are available for larger parties with the group menus proving very popular in the private dining room as well as the restaurant. When we finally see some sun the spacious beer garden offers other possibilities.Situated halfway between Sydney and Canberra the Bundanoon Hotel is ideally situated for friends, family or business gatherings and with 58 rooms available there's no need to drive home after a great night.

Pilot is a restaurant that is truly us. Mal, Dash and Ross opened the venue with naive ambition in 2018.Hosting a 24 seat dining room and small outdoor area we are located at the back of the local shops in Ainslie, Canberra. We have chosen to offer a tasting menu to all guests. The menus created by Malcolm Hanslow and Syed Rashid are inspired by our experiences, the people we have met and worked with and nostalgic dishes from times past.Most of all it is about our love for food, fun and great hospitality.Our entire beverage list by Kane Nelson is all Australian. It includes wine, beer, spirits, aperitifs and amari. Thursday evenings we allow BYO with all corkage sales going to a chosen organisation for the month. Our non alcoholic and cocktail program created by Tom Opie uses native ingredients, local produce and ingredients that would otherwise be considered waste. We also offer three optional pairings to accompany the tasting menus.

    Absolutely love the ramen! Everything is always super delicious and comes out hot. Never too long for wait times. Though highly recommended booking if wanting to sit in as it’s always busy (which is a great sign!) I just wish you were open for lunch!

    Our experience at The Atrium was wonderful. We booked for High Tea on Anzac Day. Our waitress was simply amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The food was fantastic and for a High Tea there was plenty of food on the three tiers. The ambience inside the restaurant was very peaceful. All the plants were soothing and calming. We highly recommend the venue, yhe food and the service.
