Is there anything better than good food? According to Luis, there is not. That is why you will always find him in the dining room or on the terrace of our LUIS Eatery. Join us for a light snack or a proper meal – your wish is our command. Choosing is easy, as our menu boasts a small but select list of traditional South Tyrolean and Val Gardena dishes, while also including more modern, international options. Whatever your choice, it will be delicious – Luis’ word of honour. Of course, each meal is paired with a good glass of wine. Leave it to us, and we will recommend the right champagne and prosecco, refined wines, cocktails, and spirits all served with aplomb. It will be difficult to resist, especially when Luis is doing the rounds, infusing everyone with good cheer and proposing toasts to your health. Cheers!

In the heart of Brixen, beneath the historic arcades, fink brings South Tyrolean cuisine back to its essence: simple, natural, seasonal and full of flavour. Under the ancient vaulted ceilings, a warm atmosphere unfolds, where historic walls, wood and refined table culture create the perfect setting for mindful enjoyment.Chef Florian Fink combines the wisdom of monastic cuisine with a clear, contemporary approach. At the heart of his cooking are fresh, wholesome ingredients, preferably from the surrounding area and in tune with the rhythm of the seasons. Vegetables, herbs and fruit play a special role, inspired by the monastery gardens of Brixen, which have shaped the house for generations. The result is a cuisine that is honest, light and refined at the same time: grounded in its origins, elegant in expression and mindful in its handling of ingredients. The art of fink lies in making the very best out of simplicity.

Absolutely a night we would never foget! Due to traffic and some unexpected delays, my girlfriend and I ended up getting back from Tre Cime much later than planned. We still really wanted to dine here, so my girlfriend kept in touch with the manager about our arrival time. What touched us most was how kind and patient the manager was throughout the whole process. Even when our earliest possible arrival was going to be 30 minutes after the kitchen was supposed to close, they still took the time to work everything out for us and kindly welcomed us even though we couldn’t fully meet the dress code. We rushed through the mountain roads that night and somehow made it to the restaurant right at 9:00 pm. From that moment on, the whole evening was wonderful. I finally got to try the venison stew I had been looking forward to, but what really made the night special was the people. Every member of the team was warm, genuine, professional, and incredibly attentive. We truly felt that they cared about making our evening a good one. Honestly, I’ve never experienced this level of hospitality at another Michelin one-star restaurant. We’re genuinely grateful to everyone who went the extra mile for us that night. This dinner made our already wonderful impression of the Dolomites even more special. If we come back for skiing in the future, we’ll definitely come back here. And if our dusty hiking boots caused any inconvenience that evening, we’re truly sorry. To everyone who took care of us that night—thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You made our evening in the Dolomites unforgettable. We love the Dolomites!

Excellent food and service. I ordered the 3 course option which you can choose 3 of anything from the menu and it was amazing. My wife got the sea bass which was really fresh and flavorful. The complimentary bread and chef’s complimentary shrimp course was a pleasant addition.
