Pampas is a classic Brazilian steakhouse. The way a Brazilian steakhouse operates is unlike most other restaurants. Diners come in and pay a flat rate for full access to the appetizer and salad bar, which features salads, rolls, soup and other starters. The main courses, the meats, are then brought around from table to table on a skewer. Guests at Pampas simply hold up their plate and get as much as they'd like. Pampas carries a huge selection of meat, with options like prime rib, barbecue chicken and spicy pork.

The Michelin Guide recommends Primitivo for its one-of-a-kind gastronomic experience that celebrates the bounty of local ingredients. Chef Carolina Jiménez has teamed up with local producers to create a menu that celebrates rustic cuisine with a touch of ingenuity and sophistication.Kick off your evening with some fresh and succulent oysters – the perfect starter for what's in store. Next, you can choose your protein: fish or meat (duck in the autumn/winter season), both of the highest quality. From there, you'll get to enjoy a series of dishes where each part of the main ingredient is used to the fullest. Be sure to leave room for dessert, too! Think almond tart with apples and sherry, or a soft chocolate cake with candied orange peel and smoked lavender ice cream. And don't forget to check out the seasonal cocktails and wine list!

Everything was great about this restaurant. From the moment I walked in. Everything was clean, quiet. Service and food were excellent. The view was incredible. The only thing I would have liked was the AC a bit cooler. But overall excellent experience. I will be stopping again when I visit Ensenada.
