    I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews but an acquaintance had recommended El Persidio so we decided to stick it out. So glad we did! The food was delicious and the service was also excellent. The mescal cocktail my husband ordered was spicy, smoky and delicious! Our favorite entree was the smoked pork shank. One of the best pork dishes we have ever had!

    We had a lovely sunset. Our waiter was attentive and answered all our questions. The process of cooling the wine glasses with liquid nitrogen so that are Chardonnay would be cold was so fun! We ordered the fired salmon and some oysters. The oysters were heaven! And the fired salmon was very very good. Our waiter prepared it at our table and we enjoyed it. All in all almost a perfect evening.

    Another amazing meal! The tomato carpaccio melted in your mouth… and those flavours! The burger is a solid choice, the best burger ever! The gnocchi was another hit. Love the pairing of blue cheese and truffle. Delicious! The staff is attentive but doesn’t hover. A perfect mix. Already looking forward to our next meal.
