Our waiter was trying to upscale on wine to the most expensive bottle and it clearly felt like up selling. Then after an hour he brought us the bill and asked us to leave because people were waiting for the table. This behavior just doesn't happen in Valencia. Both were excellent. The vegetable plate is big enough to share between two but the octopus is smaller than it appears in the photo. We also did a “by the glass” wine tasting, which again our waiter did an exceptional job allowing us to taste the best wines. Not the most expensive, but the ones that were perfect to the taste and smell. The food was carefully recommended, I had been craving shishito peppers that were fried. I was very happy with that choice. My wife got the seasonal tomato salad and I chose the Hake fish breaded. Both were delicious and well received!
