Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall.     Great professional staff. They were attentive without intruding. We were impressed by their knowledge of the menu and that they were able to describe the dishes that weren't self-explanatory on the menu. Our party was made up of people who were intolerant of wheat, shellfish and diary and we all managed to find something that we enjoyed. Great ambience with a roaring log burner. There was a large party in the same room as us and we were told that we could move if we wished, which we appreciated. We didn’t move as I’m sure we were as lively as they were at times!!
