If you’re looking for a dining experience in Summerlin NV that combines elegance with a warm, inviting atmosphere, Vitners Grill is the place to try. I recently had the pleasure of dining there, and it was a feast for the senses. We started with the charcuterie 3 piece selection for our table of 2. It was perfect for us and presented with style. A Caesar salad was good but too much for us with the board. The board was better with the toasted bread. We order the main entrees of halibut and veal which were cooked to absolute perfection. The fish was tender and flaky, with a buttery richness that paired beautifully with the fresh, seasonal accompaniments. The flavors were so well-balanced, although a starch might have been a good side. The same with the veal - perfectly tender, prepared with a great flavor that showcased the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the kitchen. I held the mushrooms but the sauce brought that flavor into the dish. Angel hair pasta side was perfect. Beyond the food, the service was attentive but never intrusive—and the ambiance made the entire meal feel like a special occasion, which it was for a birthday. Crème brûlée was some of the best I’ve had. They nailed it. Whether you’re celebrating or just treating friends and family to a great meal, this local Summerlin restaurant is worth a visit. I will come back.

It was my husband’s birthday and TBones is our “go to” for special occasions. We like to sit at the bar so we were there when they opened. We had our martinis and the fabulous Hamachi Crudo (my only suggestion is that it be served with soy sauce - we didn’t get the little dish of soy sauce until we were at our last bite and that MADE that last bite.) We split the wedge salad. I had the filet and my husband had the buttermilk fried chicken. (I KNOW, fried chicken at a steakhouse? Seriously- It’s the best fried chicken on a dinner menu in Las Vegas.) We shared French fries and the green beans almondine - both prepared perfectly ! A little tip - they do a cilantro, garlic butter sauce that usually served with the ribeye. Ask for that with any steak you order - it’s wonderful. Tanya and Chastity were lovely and attentive and brought my husband a sweet treat after dinner for his birthday (without the cheesy birthday song). Thank you TBones for a delightful experience!

What an amazing experience and the food was out of this world! I recommend for anyone looking for outstanding food and a great place to talk. Thank you to the staff for allowing my date and I to sit and talk for nearly 40 minutes after they closed. We will be back.

I’ve eaten at North Italia a few times now. Great and popular place. The food is good. Wine list is extensive. Service is super. Very fun in the summer to eat outside and now they have the outside tented and heated so it’s still nice. It can be noisy when crowded but tonight was about half full and nice and quiet for the first date we had.
