    We dined at Cooper's Hawk to celebrate Mother's Day with my wife and her mom. We are so thankful for our waitress, "Courtney". She was wonderful!!! She has waited on us previously and her memory is fantastic. She took a personal interest in caring for us and our elderly mother-in-law. She's special. If you happen to dine at Cooper's Hawk and she waits on you, you'll be very happy! I'd also like to thank the manager who stopped by our table several times. Once to ask how we were doing and other time to remove dishes. She clearly leads by example and is representative of the great food, service and atmosphere Cooper's Hawk provides.

    I am a regular at Connor's Steak House and it's always spot on. Our server was Anthony and he was excellent in timing our order. My wife had the NY strip steak it came to her medium just as she wanted it. And of course, she had enough for lunch the next day. I had my favorite the Alaskan Halibut, our guest with us ordered the same and had the same response as me, Excellent.

    Everything was great from the start. We arrived 10 minutes early and our outdoor table was ready. Very prompt service and adequate attention without too much. Shrimp appetizers was outstanding. Perfectly prepared 4 extra large shrimp. Delicious. I had lamb chops and my wife had halibut . Portions were generous and, like the shrimp, prepared perfectly. We both thought our selections among best we have ever had. All around great experience. Highly recommended.

    Excellent service and food. This was our second visit in as many weeks and both visits were perfect in every way. Chef John stopped by to check on things and shared with us some of his goals for the restaurant. We have dined here quite a few times prior to Chef John's arrival this past January and had mixed experiences with both food and service. Since January, things have improved each visit and the outlook for the future looks positive. That's a good thing, because the Lakehouse is located on the water adjacent to Founders Square - a prime location. We will definitely continue to patronize.
