DANIEL DEL PRADOBorn in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Chef Daniel del Prado is the child of parents of Spanish and southern Italian descent. After moving to the United States in his early 20s, del Prado began his culinary career in Colorado—cooking at night and snowboarding during the day. In 2009 del Prado teamed up with his mentor, Isaac Becker, to open Bar La Grassa in the North Loop.     We were seated immediately and in a wonderful booth. Our server Victoria was very efficient and knowledgeable. The busser was quick to remove our plates. The food was fabulous as always and we were graciously thanked as we left! What a fabulous way to celebrate Mothers Day!! Good job Buona Sera and staff!!

    Very nice place to eat with exceptional food and a nice view and ambiance. I highly recommend lunch or dinner and definitely a holiday brunch and dinner buffet, always tons of options, and all are excellent.
