Chef Saipin’s distinct cooking has been passed down from generation to generation, from both her grandmothers and her husband’s grandmothers. Her northern style cooking has opened America into the “Northern” world of Thailand, away from the Bangkok style of sweet and tang. The northern menu consists of hearty herbs and spices, along with Thai style stews and coconut-less curries. Through her set menus, our guests can dine and enjoy recipes from over 100 years in the Chutima family.

    I’m from NY. Half French, educated in Paris. Spent 30 years in Northern California. So to say we’re foodies is putting it mildly. I told Chef Mimmo last night, “I feel like every bite is the best I’ve ever tasted”. Period! Ferraro’s is hands down the best food in Las Vegas! Then add the exceptional service! Walter took such good care of us and had us laughing all night. All the server’s are top shelf! Each server does an exceptional job, making you feel at home. The ambiance? I’d describe it as high class with a cool vibe. Mimmo is your gracious host! He won’t forget you! If you like going to a restaurant that makes you feel special, Ferraro’s wrote the book! Most importantly, you won’t find better cuisine of any kind.

    I’ve watched every episode of every show Gordon Ramsey has made and It’s been a dream of mine to eat at one of his restaurants and I was not disappointed!! I got the pan seared scallops, beef Wellington and the sticky toffee pudding and it was phenomenal! I will try each of his restaurants in Vegas in the future!!

    Jamie P was our server she was so welcoming and kind and made our first night in Vegas a great one Her dinner suggestions were on point everything was delicious. We loved this restaurant and now rearranging our Vegas plans to go back one more time while we are here We had the cucumber salad , pretzel with warm beer cheese Weiner art Shnitzel. We added a side of Spaetzle and mushroom sauce. Thanks again!!
