    Another amazing dinner at The Establishment on November 3rd! The food was scrumptious, the service top-notch, and the experience - as always - was outstanding. Our server was Michael; he and the rest of the team anticipated and took care of our every need; every dining experience there is extra special. The Establishment is, by far, my favorite restaurant in downtown Charleston. Thank you and keep up the good work!

    The experience was 10/10 with the welcoming hospitality of the host and the sommelier as well as the chef himself. Everything was paced perfectly. This is certainly one of our most favorite omakase experiences that we've done. The attention to detail in preparation was mesmerizing, the flavors were intentional and balanced perfectly, and the pairings of sake was satisfying. We had 17 courses (plus a bonus course because we were the last seating of the night and the chef had some extras and asked what was our favorite). While it sounded intimidating at first, the pacing was so well done that we felt comfortably full by the end of the evening. It was not overwhelming at all. Thank you for being an incredible highlight of our week!
