For centuries, a taverna has been a neighborhood gathering place where friends can meet to eat, drink and enjoy life. Taverna co-founders Thanasis Pashalidis and Hakan Bala were raised with a shared ethical compass, which the Greeks call "philotimo" or "love of honor". Family and friends are their ingredients of life, and they believe that nutrition, happiness and health are all directly correlated. Both partners have been culturally influenced by the remedies of the old world and incorporate them into the lifestyle of Taverna. Both have an "ethos" that drives them and inspires others to live fully, which they consider the flavor of life's success. They understand that life is to be enjoyed and that time is of the essence. They are aware that every day is a gift. Taverna has been created to make people happy and feel alive.

This was our first time at Nobu and our experience was wonderful. The service was very attentive, nice and gave us incredible recommendations. We had the yellowtail and jalapeno sashimi - highly recommend it was delicious. We tried the Chilean sea bass - by far our favorite dish of the night, exceptionally well prepared and the flavor profile and freshness of the dish was excellent. We had tuna and ribeye tacos - our waiter told us they were small, and they were, but they made up for their size with their flavor. We also had the lobster hot dish - also a great dish, this one is a bit heavier and richer than the other dishes but, again, no complaints we really enjoyed this one too. Lastly we tried a soft crab cut roll, which was extremely tasty, and had the Zen garden dessert. Highly, highly recommend the dessert it was well balanced and visually really fun. Overall, our experience was great. All the dishes we had offered a unique flavor profile, they were beautifully presented, and very tasty. We can't wait to go back to try out more dishes.

First time at this location. Love that it’s closer to home. The family and I loved the food. One thing, where we were seated the ac was pointed directly to us. So it was cold. Easy fix, I switched with my daughter.
