Long before the farm-to-table trend invaded America, Louisa’s espoused this philosophy, and served food to match.     Excellent experience @ the PSI this past Saturday evening. Hurray for the new ownership/management! The last time we dined was three years ago and we were so underwhelmed, we never returned. Our recent dinner was 5 stars all around (four people); food, drinks, service (our server Peter was the best!) and beautiful surroundings with live piano music. Highlights were the lobster bisque, arugula salad, gnocchi, pork tenderloin and sea bass; all current menu items. My son's girlfriend had the lobster pasta special and it was a work of art. So glad to be able to return to this outstanding Cape May restaurant ~
