We had the pleasure of dining at Top of Vancouver Revolving Restaurant last night, and it was everything we hoped for and more. As the room slowly turned, we watched the city lights unfold in every direction — the mountains fading into dusk, the harbor twinkling below, and the skyline stretching out like a living postcard. It’s a genuinely special way to experience Vancouver. The food matched the setting beautifully — each course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented, and the pacing gave us plenty of time to soak in the changing views between bites. A special thank you to our server, Jaz, who made the evening even more memorable. Jaz was attentive without being intrusive, warm, knowledgeable about the menu, and just genuinely great company throughout the night. That kind of service turns a nice dinner into a real occasion. Highly recommend this spot for anyone wanting a romantic, memorable night out in Vancouver — and if you’re lucky enough to have Jaz as your server, you’re in great hands.

This place consistently delights! Even the simplest items surprise you—like the pizza, which is served with scissors to cut it yourself because the thin crust is just that good. We absolutely loved our entire experience here and have officially made it our end-of-trip tradition! The 'Sophia' picture is a beautiful piece that perfectly embodies this restaurant: elegant, understated, and stunningly striking.
