Great place for drinks and good food. We are local folks and took a guest from Washington state. We all were pleasantly surprised on how good the drinks and food tasted. Dirty Birdy and Whiskey Buck drinks were such a hit, we had a few. Seared Ahi, Pork Belly, Steamed Clams and Cauliflower appetizers were incredible. The girls were stuffed, but I had to try the Beet salad. That too was very well done and tasted yummy. The girls weren’t that stuffed because they helped me clean that plate! We sat outside with the fan and misters on and were comfortable. That area during fall/winter is probably packed because of the 2 fireplaces and comfortable seating. We’ll be back for sure.

This place is always great. It was exceptional for taking my wife out for Mother’s Day. It one of our favorite places all time! Well done Tonto Grill staff. Chef is amazing!

Our visit to this restaurant was an overall wonderful culinary experience, especially in terms of food quality and flavor. Every dish we ordered exceeded expectations. The ribs were tender, juicy, and coated in a perfectly balanced sauce. The pulled pork had that ideal mix of smokiness and sweetness, making each bite rich and satisfying. The coleslaw added a refreshing contrast, with crisp texture and just the right amount of tang.  The burgers were equally impressive well‑seasoned, cooked to the right temperature, and served on soft buns that held together beautifully. The fries, presented in small metal buckets, were crispy, golden, and a fun touch to the overall presentation. Even the side salad, with fresh cherry tomatoes and a creamy dressing, showed attention to detail and a commitment to good preparation. The drinks complemented the meal perfectly. The red wine was smooth, the soda refreshing, and the cocktail with lime added a bright, citrusy note that paired well with the barbecue flavors.  From a purely culinary standpoint, this restaurant easily deserves five stars.  However, I am giving a final rating of four stars due to the persistent issue with flies. Throughout the meal, we had to repeatedly swat them away to keep them from landing on our food. While the staff was friendly and the dishes outstanding, the constant presence of flies affected the comfort of the dining experience.  Despite this, I would still recommend the restaurant for its excellent food and hope they address the pest issue soon.

Andres was a great server, super attentive and charismatic! Food was great!

We celebrated Cinco de Maya last night and had a great time. They had a Mariachi band that was really good. We celebrated with their $5 margaritas which were yummy. Food was good and came out HOT which is a plus when the restaurant was bussing with people. Next year we are reserving our table early so we can have all of our friends join us.
