- AAngeliqueChicago / Illinois •21 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoReception was gracious. Michelle is a lovely host! Our server was attentive, competent, and friendly. The steaks are tender, and their proprietary seasoning is fantastic. The "properly whipped potatoes" and the chocolate caramel cake were both amazing. Elegant dining. A favorite spot.More infoPrime & Provisions SteakhousePrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• River North (Chicago)•4.7

We came for our first date to your lovely restaurant on the river and were greeted with a toast and such pleasant service and amazing views and don’t forget the scrumptious food! I wasn’t expecting my veggie omelet to be so satisfying and tasty but it truly was divine and the chicken and waffles was a foodies dream!More infoRiver RoastPrice: Expensive• American• River North (Chicago)•4.5
- LLisavipChicago / Illinois •14 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe loved our server, but I think there were only 2 for the whole restaurant, and the kitchen was a little slower than we'd expected, and one of our party was late and we waited for her to order. Our friends barely made their 7pm concert. Fortunately, our show didn't start until 730. The food was outstanding, as were our mocktails (the Farmer's Daughter and Coconut Butterfly) and cocktails, 2 Black Manhattans. 3 of our party ordered the 3-course pre-theater meal and the portions were a little large, but if we did it again they might share one, but the both the chicken and the salmon were delicious and beautiful. Because of the tight timing 2 of our party didn't have time to enjoy the gelato that came with their meal before they had to run, which was a little disappointing, but meant that I got to have chocolate gelato, and it was lovely and a perfect portion. The odd one out, I ordered the Boursin dates with bacon to share - yum! - and the fried chicken appetizer, which was more than enough for an entreé, especially when my friends shared their excellently roasted Brussel sprouts with me. We love Roanoke. It's location is perfect for dinner before a show, and the area is still busy after the show, so parking nearby is easy, too.More infoRoanokePrice: Moderate• American• Downtown / Loop•4.4
